Muslim a striver

We all observe the world with our own spectacles, The sight we posses is a reflection of the insight we have and the Insight we have is a result of the purpose we have throughout our lives. We are what we want our selves to be. The world we live in, is the way we see it, We are the most powerful of all creations, the most dominant, the most skilful. All that matters is how we channelize the energies engraved in us. And tune up with the infinite and your life will have a reason, more fruitful, objective oriented and beneficial for your self as well as others. Deny the gravity of the fact “Allah is love, lover and Beloved” and you will be entangled in the chains of materialism, criticism & A victim of negativism.,Allah and his Apostle (PBUH) our ultimate inspiration has also ordered to struggle constructively in Allah’s way. Question arises how we do it?

Striving is nothing but revolves around improvement of self and keeping yourself secondary working constructively for the betterment of Ummat-e-Muhammad adopting a selfless approach and experience the mysteries and wonders of selflessness! Does not merely means performing salat and reciting Quran this is also a good deed and for that we will be rewarded. But real striving is a process where we overcomes, surpasses or conquer our barred and or forbidden desires that are placed before us by our common enemy “Satan”. The Nafs can very easily occupy the Muslim and it happens when he/she gets attracted and attached to this temporarily worldly desires and not thinking about the life beyond this life the hereafter.

Allah in holy quran says:

Nay, You prefer the life of this world, Although the hereafter is better and more lasting (Surah-Al Ala- 16-17)

The habits of earlier generations have attacked you–envy and hatred. Hatred is shaving. You will not enter Paradise till you believe. You will not believe till you love one another. Shall I not inform you what thing will establish you on it? Spread peace among you. (Imam Ghazzali’s Ihya Ulum-Id-Din,Volume III, p.167)

“Commander of the faithful” Hazrat Ali ibn-e-Abi Talib(kaw) has said:

“My advice to you is to be conscious of God and steadfast in your religion. Do not yearn for the world, and do not be seduced by it. Do not resent anything you have missed in it. Proclaim the truth; work for the next world. Oppose the oppressor and support the oppressed.”

Any action that is for the above cause is but a jihad! Changing the bad doings of the society is our social moral and religious duty The only way to deal with all this is to use the tool naturally provided to us by the Almighty, the tool of love .Love every one for the sake of God. Do not criticize but correct. Be a role model not a model! It’s high time each of us gets involved in this beautiful act of striving while balancing our inner and outer existence, Lead from the front. Then only we will be able to make a change that is long lasting. But remember my friends the tool needed today for striving is love not blood!
